You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal and an order confirmation email from our secure upload platform "Upload@quickmix.co". You will also be directed to a thank you page with an “upload now” button to upload your files then, or chose to upload later using the upload link in the order confirmation email you receive. You should receive your mix 3 business days from the day we receive your files. Finally you will have the option to request revisions if you wish to make changes to your Mix. The revisions will be made for and additional cost by a human Engineer, not the “GENIE”.

We use PayPal payment processing platform. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, you can use a credit/debit card instead.

The turn around time is about 3-5 business days from the day we receive your files.

The AI mixes what it receives, make sure you deliver the correct stems. Here are the guidelines to insure a smooth and satisfying process. Make sure all your stems are in one folder Send a reference track (The demo you’ve been listening to) Ensure each stem is of the correct length and lines up correctly when inserted at the same starting position. For instrument tracks, please keep-insert effects and plugins when those are a part of the production / intended sound For vocal tracks please send them dry, no effects (such as compression, EQ, and any reverb or delays or plugins), unless those are a part of the production / intended sound. In that case, please supply both a wet version and a dry version of relevant vocal tracks. Preferable format WAV/BWF Preferable Sample and bit rates: The same as your recording / production, e.g. do not do any sample rate conversion upon export - 44.1KHz / 24bit minimum, ideally at least 48kHz
